ooops I forgot the most important:

Silken Phoenix always carries a wooden box, as big as a briefcase. The box has straps to be carried as a backpack.
This box is carved with stars and threads patterns.
It can be open, when laying flat on the ground, with two panels that reveal a board carved with many symbols. On the inside of the two wooden panels many runes are tie up, so when the box is fully open, it presents the board and the runes and both side of it.

Silken Phoenix uses this box as a divination tool. He calls it Unbidden Truth.
