Praying

As an emissary of one of the most powerful god in Yu-Shan, Ryzala, lady of bureaucracy and paper work (a very important thing in Yu-Shan), you have been told a special prayer in order to contact her (or her servants and retainers to be more specific).

This prayer is called:

A hundred smokes for one purpose

the praying character needs to light a hundred incense sticks and to prepare a special candle made of special animal fat and herbs (ressources 2, dex+craft(candles or prayers) diff 3), when everything is ready, the praying character lights the candle and pray for 5 hours.
The prayers are directed to the Commission on Abstract Matters and Celestial Concerns (the Bureau of Heaven).
The player rolls charisma+performance diff 4, if she succeeds she can send a small message (one sentence per point of permanent essence) to her patron god. It is not impossible this message can be lost or read by many administration gods...
