New campaign

There is the beginning of a new exalted campaign, I accept Dave's and Jessica's character cause they only played once but if they want to create new ones they are welcome. The others have to create new ones, thanks to send me everything in pm as soon as you are ready!!!!! No legendary artifacts thanks...

I began to post introducing messages on the campaign, as soon as I have all the characters (only need Brice's one now...) I post a message for all of you, hope you'll enjoy it!

Just remember you, for the one who didn't do it yet, you can post a description of your character and a small (or long) background in the anura's players forum.

I opened a special place for all of you as well, in the Home sweet Home forum where you can put equipment, description of your artifacts or Hearthstones, anything you want basically, each of you has one forum, so use it if you need it!!!!

Last thing, I would like you to read the campaign rules before you post on the campaign part please, like that we'll all have the same way of writing, it will be less confusing for everyone and specially me... cheers!

something else for jessica:

it is a good idea to put all your stats on your personal forum but I think you messed up one or two exalted power combat rules...

your initiatives are wrong, all of them, I already explained that in the campaign, go there to see what I'm talking about.

your combat dice pools are accurate except none of them show your wyvern specialty, so if you want to remember about it later, you should write them down as well...

I post a new message in the rule section that you should all read and be familiar with, it is about the type of charms and how many times you can use them in a turn...

If you have 10 minutes, read it and try to understand all of it, any problem with it, you can answer it and I'll try to help you.

Just to let you know:

I would like you to make an equipment section in your private place of the forum where you can note anything you pick up during the campaign. You have untill the beginning of the second chapter to do so (quite a few time for the laziest!!!!), after that, if something is not noted in your equipement part I'll assume you do not have it.

This is for avoiding to have to go back in the messages in order to find the one message where X's character says he/she picked up the Y's item... It looks easy now, but as soon as there will be many topics and hundreds of messages, it will be "mission impossible 4"...

So, if you want to do it even more precisly, you can note when you found the item (chapter one, first meeting) and where you found it (on an assassin's dead body...) Thank you all of you!

If you think you played your character's nature and I didn't gratified you with a willpower point you should tell me and I'll inspect it : ) I can't remember everybody's nature all the time, so it is more likely that I'll miss many occasions... Please let me know, especially in dangerous chapters when willpower will be much needed!!!!

Same for passing days: if at the end of a day, after a night of rest I didn't ask you to roll Conviction to see if you regain willpower, let me know... If a week or more is passing, I'll assume you regain all your willpower points. Same again, if I forget to tell you, PM me or insult me on the forum...

Note: your willpower level and your nature is in the stats topic in the OG forum.

little news:

You can now put online your character's nature and concept, which ones will appear on each post under your avatar (you can see it on jess' characters or on mine as well). To do so, you only need to go on your profile (profile button on the top of any page) and fill up the right places.

you can give your birthdate as well, the forum administration will cheers you at the given date (or it should). To do so, once again you need to go on your profile and give your birthdate when asked.

Last thing: you can access the forum's statistics, you just need to click on the link at the bottom right (very bottom) of any page.

PS: so basically, on the left there, under my avatar you see my nature and concept, and right under my message (or the last message of this page) you have the link to the stats!!!!! I'm a genious!!!!! muahahahah

Dave posted a really good background for Forest Crane, I think you should all read it. It is this kind of complete background I hope for any new characters or even for the ones you play now, you can still edit the posts and "update" them...
